Information we collect

When you request the free guide, we collect your name, email address and any business name you choose to provide. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, subject and message.

How and why we use it

We use guide-request details to deliver the resource, record the request and prevent misuse of the form. We use contact-form details to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not add guide requests to an automated marketing list without separate permission, and we do not sell personal information.

Our lawful basis

We process information submitted through the forms because you have asked us to provide a guide or respond to an enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: operating the 567 Sales website, fulfilling requests and responding to people who contact us. We consider this use proportionate and within the reasonable expectations of someone submitting a form.

Cookies

The website does not currently use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. After a successful guide request, it creates a strictly necessary session cookie that allows access to the download. This expires after one hour. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Who receives the information?

Form submissions are sent to the relevant 567 Sales email address. Our website-hosting and email-service providers may process the information only as needed to provide those services. We do not share it with unrelated organisations for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Guide requests and contact enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months. We may keep relevant correspondence for longer where reasonably necessary to deal with an ongoing enquiry, establish or defend legal claims, or meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to our use of it. To make a request, email contact@567sales.com.
